What we do
VetSupport is a voluntary support network it is outside its capabilities to provide an emergency service. We encourage everyone to be continually aware of the availability of Vetlife a charity who provides a 24/7 phone and email helpline.
Contact VetSupport is easy – an email from the website will elicit a response within 24 hours from one of the coaches. On our Who are the Coaches tab, you will find the biographies and direct email contact details for all the coaches. They can be contacted individually directly by email through this section of the website and depending on their individual availability, arrangements for follow up conversations can be organised. This enables a caller to contact the person with whom they might best relate.
The caller remains in charge of how our support is delivered.
Rest assured, this is a relaxed, safe and confidential support and listening service provided by trained vets and nurses. Details of any contact or the content of any discussions will never be disclosed. All supporters are committed to complete confidentiality, you will never be asked to provide any information that you do not want to disclose.
