Going through the RCVS Professional Conduct (ProfCon) concerns process and need a little support?

ProfCon Investigation Support is a confidential listening and support service provided by a group of volunteers who have been trained to give emotional support to any veterinary surgeon or veterinary nurse going through the RCVS Professional Conduct investigation process.

The group is called VetSupport.me and comprises vets and veterinary nurses – you can meet them here.

The support service is also open to those veterinary professionals who have had cause to raise a complaint against a fellow professional, or who have been asked to act as a witness in a case.

Just talking to someone who is non-judgemental and independent can take a weight off your mind, helping to relieve stress, assisting you to put things into perspective and see next steps more clearly.
